The house is situated among charming townhouses in La Caleta within walking distance from the beach. The spacious terrace overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra Nevada mountains and the moorish castle of Salobreña. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun rise and the breeze from the ocean. The property faces south/east and enjoys sunshine all day. However, it is still nice and cool in summer because of the sea breeze. The small street leading to the house is only accessible for pedestrians.
